Any documents, data, or sensitive information shared in the context of an assignment are used solely for the agreed strategic advisory purpose and are not disclosed to third parties.

Upon completion of the assignment, or earlier upon request, all client-provided materials and sensitive information are permanently deleted, unless retention is required by applicable law.

Velar Strategic Consultancy does not store, process, or reuse client data beyond the scope and duration of the engagement.

This policy applies to all strategic advisory services provided by Velar Strategic Consultancy.
