Terms of payment

All services provided by Velar Strategic Consultancy are invoiced in advance, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Marketing Scan/ check up

The Marketing Scan and other services with a fixed scope are 100% paid in advance.
Indicative investment for the scan: € 1900,- excl. VAT.

Project-based engagements (custom scope)

For bespoke projects with an agreed value exceeding €2,000 excl. VAT, payment will be made in stages as follows:

• 50% prior to commencement of the engagement
• 50% prior to commencement of the engagement 50% upon delivery or at the midpoint of the engagement, depending on the nature and duration of the project

The applicable payment structure will be confirmed in writing prior to the start of the engagement.

Retainers

Retainer-based engagements are invoiced monthly in advance, in accordance with the agreed terms.

Payment term

Invoices are payable within seven (7) days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Commencement of services

Services will commence only upon receipt of the applicable payment.

Additional work

Any services falling outside the originally agreed scope will be quoted separately in advance and performed only after written approval by the client.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for the timely, complete and accurate provision of all information required for the performance of the services. Delays in providing such information may affect timelines and delivery.
